Contract - We issue a contract based on the YBDSA (Yacht brokers, designers and surveyors association) contract. This ensures that both the vendor and purchaser are protected and incorporates survey options, rescission, default, risk, and defaults.

Registration - Yachting direct Ltd will ensure that title is correct and will investigate whether there is an outstanding mortgage on the vessel. We will handle all of the paperwork including to ensuring that the boat is re-registered in your name with clean title and with a change of name should you require it.

Deposit - Included in our contract service will the use of our clients account, we hold the deposit until the transaction is complete thus ensuring that your deposit is in safe hands.
