Should the broker service offered by Yachting Direct Ltd be accepted the contract as dawn up by the YBDSA shall be adopted and all terms and conditions within that contract shall be adhered to.

When subscribing to the websites the charges apply on a month by month basis. Should you cancel your subscription the charges will apply to the end of that month period and no refund will be given for the remaining period.

Yachting Direct Ltd accept no responsibility for access made through to other sites gained from the websites and you accept the responsibility to check the terms and conditions of those sites that you visit through a link.
